Shrimp

Jacksonville white shrimp are available year round. The shrimp are frozen on the shrimp vessel and sold by the pound.

At certain times of the year, fresh Homosassa brown shrimp are sold in the market, although it is rare so its best to call the fish market ahead of time to see if they will be available for purchase.
