Grouper

Our grouper is caught commercially by hook and line on the Just Be Claws, and is also speared.
Mangrove Snapper

Our Mangrove Snapper is not part of our weekly available selection. Mangrove snapper is speared locally and only available at certain times of the year.

Yellow Tail Snapper

Our yellow tail snapper is from the Florida Keys

Hog Fish

Our Hog Fish is speared locally and fresh cut for retail purchase.

Mullet

Our Mullet is caught locally and sold either whole or by the fillets, per pound. 

Crab and Crab Claws


Blue Crab

Our Blue Crabs are caught in the Homosassa River and are dropped off daily.

Local Stone Crab

Our Stone Crabs are caught locally cooked at Shelly's Fish-market.

Floaters, Medium's and a Large Jumbo grade is available in season (Oct.15 -May)
Snow Crab

Our Snow Crab is freshly frozen and sold by the pound.

Shrimp

Our shrimp all comes from Jacksonville and is wild-caught and frozen on the shrimp boat. We carry two sizes of shrimp.

 31/35 ct. (Medium) and 16/20 ct. (Large)

We also offer 25/30 ct. Rock Shrimp

Scallops are frozen from New England, we offer Bay and Ocean Scallops.
Lobster

The Spinney Tail lobsters are from Coasta Rica.

9 oz. tails and 5 oz. tails

Mussels

Mussels are sold by the pound and are from Prince Edward Island, Canada.

Clams

The clams are fresh from Cedar Key and are sold in three different sizes. Little Necks, Middle Necks, and Top Necks.

Clams can be purchased by the dozen or in a bag of 100.

Oysters

All Oysters are washed and from Apalachicola,Fl and are dropped off fresh for retail on Saturday morning. Oysters can be purchased by the (15 lb.) quarter bushel, (30lb) half bushel and (60lb.) whole bushel.
