Hog Fish

Hog fish can be rare to come by because it is almost never caught using hook and line. In order to catch Hog Fish, an under water diver has to use a spear gun to capture the fish. It is the most mild fish carried at Shelly's Fish-market and is a snow white filet. Hog fish is commonly used in sevecha and is best cooked broiled or pan seared.
